Still Blue Inc. Established 2024

Chris McGuinness, a passionate advocate for law enforcement personnel, founded Still Blue Inc., a 501(c)(3) charity dedicated to supporting officers as they transition to civilian life. Recognizing the unique challenges faced by retiring law enforcement members, McGuinness sought to create a resource hub that would address both the emotional and practical aspects of this significant life change.

Still Blue Inc. offers a range of services designed to ease the transition, including career counseling, financial planning, and mental health support. The organization hosts workshops and seminars led by experts in various fields, providing officers with the tools they need to navigate their new civilian paths. By fostering a sense of community among former officers, Still Blue Inc. creates a supportive environment where members can share experiences and advice.

McGuinness’s vision is rooted in empathy; he understands that the transition from a structured law enforcement environment to civilian life can be daunting. The charity also emphasizes the importance of mental well-being, offering access to counseling services and peer support groups to help mitigate the stress and uncertainty many officers face.

Through fundraising events and community outreach, Still Blue Inc. aims to raise awareness about the unique challenges law enforcement officers encounter after retirement. With McGuinness at the helm, the organization is committed to ensuring that these dedicated individuals receive the support they deserve, helping them lead fulfilling, purposeful lives beyond their years on the force.
